Terms & Conditions


General:
A.        All items and quantities ordered are subject to availability.
B.        All orders are subject to acceptance by Beauty Concepts Group,
LLC.
C.        Minimum order is required.  Prepackaged sets are not to be
tampered with, repackaged, or sold for   individual sale.
D.        Wholesale customers must have a valid resale certificate.
Prices:
E.        Prices and terms are subject to change with a 30-day notice.
Orders will be billed at prices and terms in effect at the time of shipment.
Payment Terms:
F.        All new orders will be shipped upon payment by wire transfer,
company check, money order, or credit approval)
G.        All credit applications for open terms are subject to approval.
H.        All foreign orders must be pre-paid in U.S. Dollars.
I.        We do not ship any merchandise on consignment.
J.        A late charge of 2% per month will be charged on past due
amounts.
K.        Orders may not be shipped if the balance exceeds the credit limit,
or the account has past due invoices over 15 days.
L.        In some cases, personal guarantee may be required.
M.        All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.00 each.
Shipping Terms:
N.        All shipments are F.O.B. Coral Springs, our company.
O.        48 U.S. Continent States ONLY - Prepaid freight terms $500
P.        Back orders will be shipped unless we are notified of cancellation.
Claims or Damages:
Q.        Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 5 days
from receipt of goods.
Returns:
R.        Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from
Beauty Concepts Group, LLC.  Merchandise returned without prior
approval will be subject to refusal and returned freight collect.
S.        Defective merchandise will be replaced.  No refunds will be made.  
Returns must be prepaid freight.  A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all
accepted returns.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance:
All purchase orders will be considered as acceptance of all conditions
and terms as described.
